Zen Space is a quiet room in a loud city, and a set of clearings in the pines above it. We run guided sits, breathwork, and monthly sound journeys with Himalayan bowls.
No prior practice is assumed. Most people arrive having never meditated and leave having managed twenty minutes. [demo]
